What it does

Agreement performed so poorly that disbelief becomes the only credible message.

Use it when

  • An excuse is transparently false.
  • The speaker needs to try again.
  • Sarcasm is sufficient cross-examination.

For example

  1. The dog knocked over the locked cookie jar, according to your child.
  2. The package was delivered to your hands while you were abroad.
  3. Your sibling definitely bought the identical gift by coincidence.
